I test it, it's really strong, obviously in zones. Sandy can already mute, deals 1800 damages and can heal 380/sec him and his teamates while 9 sec with his star power + make everyone invisible. + gear that makes ennemies dealing 20% less damage in his super. Now he deals 2250 damages, moves way faster and his teamates too. (+5% sheild, it's 5% but anyways, it's a sheild) He's cleary in top 3 control brawler.
