It's a very common Shoegaze tone. Check My Bloody Valentine's album Loveless. You'll find it there as well. Their guitarist Kevin Shields talks about the guitar tone on certain youtube videos. Check that it'll be easy to find. But it's basically a fuzz pedal with sustained delay.
