The liquid cooling from their website. The components, check the manufacturers for where they're sold in the US. It's (mainly) all specialist equipment so will cost a small fortune.

Give up, things in the United States are too expensive. I now buy things from China and have them shipped to Canada through international logistics. Because I found that many things in China are priced similarly to Canada, but with different currency units. If you need that much heat dissipated to need an external cooling tower for a 4090 and 14900k, you picked the wrong case. It is a nice build but too cumbersome for a standard PC build. Two 140mm fans for the front and two 140mm fans up top would be more than enough for the case if an external cooling tower being used. In my opinion, too much money being wasted but it is a nice build.
