Great job Brodie! I know you probably won’t see this comment but I’m very impressed. I am also just a starting disc golf player but I’ve watched all your disc golf videos and they have inspired me and helped me to improve my game. I used to play ultimate and made the switch to disc golf because of the fun new challenges and experiences. You have so much power in your backhand shots that many people may not realize. My first tournament round was rough because it is a different experience but you played very well, the first one is always a challenge. Your putting this early on is very incredible and the tough putts that you hit hyped me up so much! I’m so excited that you are disc golfing with Paul by your side and every video makes my day :). Keep working, you have so much talent and I cannot wait to see where your practice and skill will take you. You impress me and inspire me to be the best disc golfer I can be. Thank you Brodie keep doing you!

I've really been enjoying watching your approach to learning the game, and how you've been talking us through what you see, what you decide, and how you find things to improve. Having played ultimate (obviously not at your level) as my main disc throwing development, your approach has been especially helpful and inspiring. So basically ... thank you!

I think there’s a certain vulnerability to what Brodie is doing and I’m 100% here for it. In another video I saw, he was clearly describing what he needs to work on and being very honest about it all. I’m really impressed by the honesty and to some extent bravery of what he’s doing. Wishing him all the luck in the world and looking forward to seeing him progress. Hell it’s got me thinking about giving disc golf a go myself :)

This is what I wished all your videos were like. I watch as many as I can, but when my favorite disc golfers are posting 15-20 minute videos for a round and then you post a 40-50 minutes video of it... Makes it very easy to choose the most convenient and most viewed video. This is your ideal format and if I had something for say about your new throw... your drive is so pure and perfect that I think you’re throwing your drive already thinking of your putt. I do the same thing. Work on your putts. The drive is perfect, but quit throwing thumbers for 20 footers. Just do your thing and get yourself consistent. I can’t wait to see you beat THE Paul Macbeth for a title soon! Keep it up!
@SilverSage114 жыл бұрын
Hole 16 tee shot and hole 13 2nd shot were both insane. I can’t decide which one is my favorite shot. Probably hole 16. Breaks my heart you didn’t birdie 16 after that BOMB
@milessmith77054 жыл бұрын
Truly incredible performance for someone who’s only played for 2 months. In my opinion, focus really hard on midrange approach shots and you’ll shave off another 3-4 strokes. There were several holes that you had amazing drives on, but your upshot left you with a 25-30’ putt, which can be really difficult in windy conditions.
