I like the culture around disc golf a lot better. Also, there's so much variety in what you can do with a disc. And it's more interesting to watch, because you can actually see a disc fly instead of trying to follow a tiny ball through the air.

10:50 I thought to myself "just hold the branch out of the way" but just looked it up, and it's a rule violation. 801.01 A) "...Once a stance has been taken, the player may not move an obstacle in order to make room for a throwing motion. It is legal for a player's throwing motion to cause incidental movement of an obstacle." and great score, brody. I must say Kelsey is probably the reason I watch your videos over any other vlogger. Brodie, thank you so much for producing videos like this. I know in your head you are a "beginner player". However, your skills are the reflection of a player who has been playing for years! Watching a pro player like yourself shoot, along with commentary on each shot, giving your thought process on each throw, is something unmatched in the disc golf community. You give us all so much inspiration and good insight. I love the fact that even though you have the best resources for DG in the world, best access to pro players giving you advice; you share this with us! You do not hoard the invaluable information for yourself. I cant wait for the tour to open back up and see what you got at the high stakes! You talking about your form in the wrap up was dope. The good vs the bad pictures really are going to help me with my own game. There really aren't any disc golf teachers out there so everyone learns on their own or from someone they know who loves the game. Not all the advice is good advice. You had the luxury of getting trained up by the best players in the world so any time you can talk about the finite details of what you're doing to improve, I eat that shit up. It helps my own game. #keepslinginthemdiscs brother

Totally impressed there, sir! The consistency of the shots in that round were something to behold. While you may have some up and down rounds, most of us are up and down hole to hole. So keeping your act together for 95% of the round was an excellent showing. I know I'm not alone in wishing I could step up to a 384 ft hole in the woods and think "this one isn't that far" and think a birdie is a possibility. You have come so far in such a short time. The distance, the putting consistency and the increasing accuracy is a testament to the work you're putting into it. Congratulations! Lastly, yeah, you're not alone on the snake thing. You almost step on what of those critters and no matter that size, it's a tad freaky :P

Hey Brodie, This is great content. Thank you for your dedication and willingness to show us your progress. I just wanted to comment on the later part of your round. I noticed you're having an issue I'm currently working on. That is the issue of rounding a bit on the follow thru. It happens to me when I start getting tired and fall back into old habits. I have found that is caused by what you said planting the left foot too out front opening the hips early and forcing you to throw out with more emphasis on your upper body to counter the early engaged hips. I believe your 100% correct in the fix being planting that left foot with a little more closed angle and pulling on your line instead of rounding. Thanks for highlighting it and showing me my own fault. So cool to see you getting more comfortable in your shots. You've come so far so quick! Keep up the great work. THANK YOU! #KeepSlinginThemDiscs

Hei Brodie. Love the videos of your journey. I think it helps a lot of us new to the sport. Do you have any tips or suggestions on how to improve and train lower body technique - the movement of the hips and such. There is a lot of videos that explain the placement of your legs and such, but not a lot of stuff that deal with explaining the rotation of the hips (which if you watch pros - they are all implementing in a huge way) and ways to train it.
