Non-meta heroes, like Alucard, tend to have weaker skills. That's why they should have lower mana cost. Meanwhile, meta heroes, like Terizla, tend to have stronger skills, therfore they should have higher mana cost. If terizla still wants to spam his skills, he needs to buy items and use emblems that can help him with that. Of course it means that he needs to sacrifice some stats. It's only fair. That's what I call balance. Also, they can make new heroes that have mana-related skills. For example, in DOTA, we have Anti-mage, Pugna, Silencer, etc.

There are actually plenty of heroes that Lolita can't do much against. Her wr is so good because she is either a combo pick (duo with eg. Hanabi), or a situational pick (the enemy has many projectile type heroes). She does exceptionally well in the situations where she is strong, but is (imo) at most mid (or worse) without skills to reflect. So players will pick her when appropriate, and since she is one of the most clear counter-heroes in the game, her wr can be higher. (For other counter-picks, they are often less obvious and less well-known. Their kits are also not always so straightforward like Lolita's.)

Even among those, many could simply avoid Lolita, while the marksmen make up around 15-20% of the mentioned 40%. And don't forget that her s2 cannot be cancelled directly, while it is also very specialized. It is literally useless against the other 55-60% of the heroes.

Lolita isn't even that popular. Her pickrate is around 0.20% in Mythic. The only people who ever play Lolita are those who understand her skills clearly and analyze the team composition of both teams to determine whether you should pick Lolita or not. Argus is a shit hero right now but he's ranked at the 3rd highest winrate (Around 58%) in Mythic because the same thing applies to him.

Removing mana on skill based heroes is stupid because their skills are usually bursty. Also if skill cooldown is the only way to balance them, it makes them practically useless in early to mid game. Imagine a terizla with 9s cooldown waiting to use his skill on every wave. Like this many skill based heroes won't be able to use skills in teamfight because they just recently cleared a wave or preemptively used their skills to either check bushes or a misclick. If the enemies don't die in teamfights, you just have to stand there and wait for your skills' cooldowns before rejoining in and that's if the enemies don't kill you during the time you are being useless. That's literally Julian's whole kit which can be annoying to wait for skills' cooldowns. But he gets compensated by having enhanced basic attacks. Also there are magic based heroes who do not use mana, so the mana removal to distinguish between physical and magic heroes isn't really valid. This adjustment all kills certain tanks and supports that are magic and use mana such as carmilla, belerick, atlas, diggie, rafaela and more. Mana management is important for tanks and supports. Now people would rather use for example a tigreal over other tanks/supports because he can spam skills indefinitely. There's a reason why mages, supports and tanks need to manage mana. That's also the same reason why assassins are given energy. Fighters also need to manage mana in early game which is the most crucial part of the game.

Having only CD does not make sense. Physical heroes should either have mana or a mana-replacement system. No mana is lazy and much worse to balance in the long run.

Her skill 2 can easily be cancelled by any control skills such as petrify, frozen, knock up, knock back, etc. Additionally, it can be braked easily by burst damage due to its low absorption. What makes her only playable is due to her passive and ability to support his teammates with her second skills. Her S1 and Ultimate are nothing but crap if you compare it to other heroes. She's a very situational hero, hence you can only see her in line-ups that are favourable to her. That is also the reason why she has a very low pick rate in ranks. With these changes aswell as the recent nerf on Hylos, he will have 3k less hp with this build which is significant for a hero that's meant to have such a high hp pool.

I'm glad the devs gave their own thoughts of it, and shares them with the player unlike keeping it to themselves and not tell their players. While I do believe that mana isn't all that useful for physical heroes, it shouldn't be remove all of it because what keeping those heroes from breaking the game is mana. Example: Terizla, And Roger now no longer have to recall if they low on mana and can keep pressuring their enemies, and nothing could punish them if they outplay or overusing their skills. These two heroes specifically is a nightmare in competitive matchups especially in early game, while the only thing that needs to be careful when fighting them if they have mana to use their skill to pressure, hence why some heroes does need mana because their early performance is so much harder to adjust and deal with, and nerfing their cooldown won't change a thing because pro players knows each timing as to when they need to use their skill. With mana these heroes will be force to recall and skip their minion's exp to recover which helps some heroes fighting against them, and this goes not only those two, but others like Aldous, Minstitar, Clint, and last annoying one to deal in early is Sun. And then there's Claude, which is a BROKEN Marksman that needs mana so much for his gameplay, even his best emblem over the years has priotize on giving him mana regen, removing that would just be insanely OP, not many people would be using mm Emblem on Claude for more dmg than what he already deals, because he uses so much mana you're gonna spam those skills so many times hence why you need mana regen emblem in the first place, he's fast but not strong with mana being remove from him it's over the dude will be insane OP. So please, DON'T remove mana from all physical heroes, instead just those from fighter categories.

honesty i dont mind any changes dev has made to the game (ridiculous 3 lords spawn, mana removal, hero adjustments etc.) as long as the game is growing and gives us players puzzle to solve, hence having us playing the game more (getting used to adjustments). Its better than the games which gives same adjustment and feels bland the more the game ages.

What this nerf does, in case ur tiny brain fails to notice is you cant do skill 1, skill 2, ult, skill 1 and skill 2 anymore. Now you have no way of keeping an enemy locked up with you. Terizla is losing his consistency he HAD before. And im talking about the old, broken Terizla who had 5s 2nd skill cd. Played him before his 2nd skill had any momentum at all and could be cancelled so no, you dont get to say what skill is bud. You dont get to say a THING. You havent played a hero that gradually lost all his glory overtime and is now able to offer just 1 thing, his durability, which is also compromised due to heavy nerfs to his passive compared to before. To put it simply so your tiny brain MAY understand, imagine playing a hero for years, being able to do so many cool things and then patch after patch he starts getting a bad quality of life change after a bad quality of life change called an "adjustment" that is in fact a nerf. Im refering to his skill 1 "adjustment" where his detonation got butchered from 3s to 3,5s and his slow got cut in half from 30% to 15%. A very good "adjustment" indeed, that makes enemies be able to escape quite reliably where the only reliable thing was your death if you got hit by skill 1. Now however, a simple regen is enough to get you out alive. Because why? Because before it was 3 ticks of regen and now its 4. You dont get to say a mere THING when you werent even there. You werent there when Terizla was in his peak, you werent there when he was the hittest garbage there was, and you sure as hell dont feel anything when you realize his entire kit is ran through by severely heavy nerfs. Is he good? Yes, absolutely. Is he a completely different character? Also yes. I cant even recognize him early game anymore. He used to be a first blood king, now he loses a sutained fight against inspire argus or zilong because his skill 2 has 9s cd instead of 5 and it also has nowhere near damage it used to have either. Once his skill 1 hit you, you'd have no chance of escaping. Now, you actually can. Before his passive was 35% capped at 30% hp ir less, now its 35% capped at 12,5% hp or less. Befire, his ult had 65% slow at lvl 12. Now its 45% slow, which was his old lvl 1 ult. You really dont get to have a say in this, because you werent even there. Terizla is only good in lategame now, but his fixed s1 cd a huge blow in teamfights because you wont even get to cast it 2 times to continue the fight. Before you ult + s1 + s2 and shortly after s1 to keep being in the fight but now you cant because the enemies will escape before you are able to cast it again to keep up. Should terizla get nerfed? Yes. Should he at least be free from nerfs in lategame? Yes. If his passive is literally nuked and butchered early and mid game, his lategame stats shouldn't get nerfed. Am i gonna be able to deal with these nerfs? I will and i am dealing with them very well. I still do very well. Are there more annoying fighters that should be nerfed? Yes. Terizla is slow and predictable. Slows hard counter him. He cant poke. He cant disengage as easily, or even at all. If you struggle against him you're just a noob who cant kite or poke. Its also not hard to win a lane against him now hahahaha after so many nerfs its quite easy now.

I dont understand the lolita nerf. Lolita isnt even a high priority pick shes only ever played to counter enemy picks or to synergize with team lineup which is why her win rate is so high. Especially in mythic glory+ where people understand each heroes strangths and weakness. They couldve just nerfed the magic scaling of her shield by cutting it by half not cempletely changing its mechanic. Also its always been known for lolita to have a very high winrate even in the beginning development of mobile legends and now theyre doing something about it?

Lolita only has a high(est) winrate because there are dedicated players who utilize her to the best of her capabilities as a SITUATIONAL PICK. She had always garnered one of the top winrate pecentages in the game. Even after her revamp, which in my humble opinion, was a gigantic nerf. Now when she finally has viability again with the magic power build, she gets nerfed even further. How about buffing her, maybe make her ULTIMATE INVISIBLE AGAIN IN BUSH? Or maybe make her fucking first skill actually stun someone longer than .4 seconds?

In a high level match, she's the current go to roamer rn, she literally provides the team everything they need. A total of 2-3 seconds of crowd control, high healing capability (she can heal you from 10%-100% while giving you a shield thats around 25% of your total hp), top tier durability and her 2nd shield which provided alot of value during charges. And its not really about mastery either Im not a roam main, i only have 15 matches with lolita but the value she gives to team is just insane, think of it as if she gave a 2nd rosegold meteor/blood wings to the team.

another thing to do is make his passive scaling more stats and make his ultimate faster animation and have a little heal after he landed his ultimate to the enemy heroes. this will make lancelot have a bit survivability after he uses his ultimate to the enemy heroes and if he killed an enemy with his ultimate, the heal will a bit stronger. the trade off nerf i think his hp and hp growth since that his skill has a great survivability this is a win win situation for lancelot.

I actually kinda like the idea of removing mana. It makes the game unique. But moonton has to be real smart here. Some physical heroes that actually considers mana can be really strong like Terizla and Benedetta.
