Taking a look at this JEM kit and it’s troubles

Hey cool hardware. For the pickups, just switch the wires from 1 pickup from the switch to the volume pot. So take the wire from say the bridge pickup that goes to the pot and solder it to the switch then take the wire that was on the switch and solder it to the pot. Individually it won't make a difference to each pickup's sound but in the middle position they will no longer be out of phase😃 Good luck
