As a firefighter/paramedic it was a good call not trying to take hi boot and pant leg off. It’s better to wait until he can get to medical care and they can give him some pain meds. If my patients are in a lot of pain and their vitals are good I’ll always try to push some pain meds to make them more comfortable before we start rippin and tearin haha. Cheers gentlemen!

I was 14 years old and got thrown from a horse, broke my arm and said I didn't need to go to the hospital. Even though I couldn't move my arm! I was like nah, I'm fine, it'll heal! Lol! Wanted to continue leading the trail ride I was taking people on! Lol!

Man im only 22 years old it sure is the mileage not the age. My hands, knees, hip, shoulder and back. Last July I got hooked/trampled and burst fracture my L1 and T12 in my back. Couldn’t move my legs for a few minutes. Carried out the arena and I said frick the ambo I struggled to stand for an hour. Walked it off and drove home lol. Then few days later emergency surgery.
