I'm blown away by just how much I've been able to learn from someone who lives on the other side of the globe, who lived completely different experiences than I did. I feel like I could relate to almost everything you say, your story with addiction... what you went through after losing a loved one, your relationship with your brother, and even your choice of freedom over the modern world rat race. It's quite funny, you're actually not even that much older than me, but it feels like you've seen so much of the world out there that you're able to speak with a lot of wisdom... guess that goes to show how much we miss out on when we live under terms that aren't our own. thanks for keeping it real.

The little bit of sanity your videos gave me is well worth a couple bucks on patreon, just helps to hear someone who’s lived the life and got out telling their story. Tomorrow I hit 30 days since my last slip and 3-4 months since I was last bad on it. Finally starting to feel like when I was clean for years again

Yo Joey, congrats on the one year! If you don't mind I will make a suggestion... I lived in my car in Florida and I'm telling you that humidity/heat is going to get real rough in a month or two. If you feel that you need a break from the heat I would recommend getting to higher altitude/drier climate like Colorado. Summer in CO Springs or Denver for instance is nice and cool at night. Then again I only use Uber app like twice a year. Also I def talk to myself and i do pretend I’m a KZbinr, kind of always wanted to do it but I’m nervous of failing. (I just talk my feelings out loud and also my experiences like with addiction/ felonies / domestic violence/ transitioning to male) and I think a lot of people might wanna watch my vids too. You are super articulate/ eloquent when you speak as well. I think a lot more ppl. than not enjoy watching/listening to "diary" type videos where a person just chats about what goes on in their daily lives. The good stuff as well as the bad. My gf used to watch this girl talk about her daily struggle with food addiction and then spending addiction. She loved her almost daily videos. They became a habit for her. That's the catch. It helps to become a habit to people. You have to basically brand yourself out there.
