However long it took you two to put this together--it was worth it!!! So easy on the ears [when we need it most to relax]. A definite win, Geoff!!! Have to ask---Just what is the "cord" you referred to in your last comment. "The cord is afraid to take a shower" I had many thoughts--but ended up with a nickname for a breed of dog. I think Judy was a Corgi [like the Queen's favorites]. Could this have been a reference to that? Please let me know.... Also--you could have been a writer. When you described the morning, you were almost poetic. I could see everything you saw. A possible descendant of Shakespeare's? Or some of the writers who came before him--and were naughty? Again--I studied English literature. So much genius there. One more thought--you obviously have talent...musical talent. Your wife--was she an actress? The pictures you shared in "Better"--the costumes she [plus you in white tights:-)] wore. It seems the Reeves family has a lot of that inborn musical and artistic abilities. i meant to ask that earlier. People have this--or they don't. You can take lessons to do many things--but somehow talent needs to be natural to reign supreme. If it's natural--and comes easily to you--you pursue it. You have a head start--the hill is not so steep to climb. To me, teaching and sarcasm come naturally--an unlikely combination. I see the humor in everything. Sadly, I do not always keep it to myself. Gotten into trouble over it. Still laughed when I walked away. .... "That was a good one, Von!!" Have to keep a lid on it these days--but not to you, I see. Thank God!!! Not the normal "kitchen job" on this one Von! My partner in crime John (who i met through KZbin) lives about 150 miles from me, in Warwick. (Now there's a castle you should visit) So it was a case of me travelling up to him, to make the video. I have joined the guitar club that he is a member of, and under normal circumstances, would go up there once a month. Sorry about "the cord" confusion LOL. I probably didn't explain myself very well. It was a "play" on the self isolation situation, with us getting to the point where the relationship is so strained, she may wish to "see me off" by tying cord/twine/string, across the top of the stairs, her not wanting to take a shower for fear of an Alfred Hitchcock event. I may be starting to look like Old Bill Shakespeare, but unfortunately that is where the resemblance ends. Having been forced to recite Hamlet's soliloquy (thank the lord for spellcheck) at school, I'm not exactly enamored to his "talent". My wife (actually It's been a 35 year engagement, as she is still waiting for "Mister Right") was never an actress. My Son has had some music published, but not music as we know it. Computer generated electronic stuff, that i have trouble taking on board. Well I'm not going to hang myself, but i have a video to create, so "catch you later" my friend. Kiss Kiss! Geoff.

Years ago, due to a family mess, I cried myself to sleep, and cried in my dreams, as well as when awake. Then one night, I woke up alone, being a widow, and heard a mans beautiful baritone voice singing about 2 ft above me. He sang a beautiful melodious song twice, than stopped. I got up, went to my piano, and wrote down the words and melody on paper, thinking that if I was in a dream, there would be no paper in the morning, but there would be, if it really happened. In the morning, I woke up and went to the piano, and the song was there on paper. I stopped crying. The words were.... I will be with you, when storm clouds roll, and all your dreams are dying. I did some recording as a singer , but family hit fan, so I lost that contract, but if I can get it recorded somewhere,I’ll try to get you a copy. There are some sustained notes in it, that your guitar would be beautiful with. The Lord has the most beautiful, soft, calming voice I’ve ever heard.
