You didn’t consider the other 99% of the player base tho. Sure you spend 12 hours a day grinding and playing tarkov but that doesn’t mean the rest of us are. You might be able to beat the game and have 1 billion in a month but us normal people who have jobs will take much longer. I have extra time to play but my friend can only jump on for an hour maybe 3 times a week and the fact that he gets his insurance back every time is a huge bonus for PVE. Also I don’t see how it affects you in any way. How does my PVE account affect anyone else’s at all?

Scav runs on streets are fun tho. I head straight towards fighting PMCs. Don't even really loot. I like taking on 3 geared PMCs with a shitty scav load out.

Some things I dont think were considered here.. You dont consider the average player, you know most of tarkovs PvE playerbase. Its cool that you can sink hours into the game and farm 1 bil (I can as well as I work from home so this is speaking from experience). If you play too much of it of course you will burn out. Other people dont have as much time to experience this "broken economy". Another thing, the PvE is only as difficult as YOU make it for yourself. If you play with lvl 6 armors and meta weapons and ammo of course you will find it boring. Dont like insure? Dont insure problem solved. I personally stopped insuring armor and weapons because I have too many. I often run lvl 3-4 armors for fun or I just go in with a pistol and literally snowball to have more fun. PvE is only as rewarding as YOU the player make your own game to be. Also this feels like a copy of recent Airwing Marines video.. just fyi

If you are getting a little bored on PVE, stop insuring your gear even if you are broke and just starting out. I restarted PVE last month and im back to well past comfortable and i made the choice to only insure weapon parts/gear parts that only spawn in raids, no insuring of normal stuff to make deaths matter. It still quickly gets out of hand if you are even remotely good at PVP, PVE is not hard, but it can be FUN and challenging

This comment right here! you beat me to it. The game is easy if you make it easy, e.g bitcoin, lootfarm etc. you can set yourself goals and challenges. Very much like you said. dont insure, sell your GPUs or reset every monthe or 2. Having a good amount of money income passively makes it easy for players who dont have a lot of time. i work 10 hours a day 5-7 days a week. so having money i can make fun builds and lose them without major looting for the next few hours to regain what i lost is a godsend.

@@yourfavoritelawnguy2722 if you're keen on losing value try PvP. I like the 99% insurance rate, it helps countering gear fear and let's me play with my actual best loadout everytime. Since there are no Timmies on PvE but only geared Gigachads with highpen ammo it helps a lot with keeping on with the pace. The tasks where you need to run a certain weapon/kit come in as actual change of playstyle this way. (On PvP everybody rocks the Mosin or cheap loadouts all the time anyway so what's the point of making a task out of it?)

@@Grauer1510 No cause of the fees for the set minimum and max prices for each item, so the fees would be huge if you want to sell something way beyond its set value, making it barely more profitable than selling it within the set price range. If something is worth between 50k and 200k max, and you want to sell it for 1 million, if the fee is 800k, you don't stand to gain much more by overpricing it beyond 200k.

For example the Green battery should go for at least 650k but a bunch of clowns keep putting them up for over 50k less. They are too impatient to wait the 15 seconds it takes to sell at full price.

It only makes it boring for people who know the game inside out and play the game at least 4-5 hours a day. However the target audience for PVE, which is typically people with jobs and/or families who cannot afford to play as often, will actually enjoy the fact that gear is more readily available because they will not accumulate billions of rubles, but rather just a few mils. There are two main category of players in Tarkov : Those who play it like an e-sport, intensely and competitively, and those who play it for mainly for the immersion, fun and the relatively more realistic gunplay and roleplay/progression, more casually. PVE is aimed at the second category, therefore whilst I agree that the economy could be made harsher, it doesn't really matter for this audience and once they become more familiar with the game, they can set their own targets or house rules for more challenge if they want.

I wonder why there isn't a massive weapon de-flation on the PvE flea. Since you're almost guaranteed to get everything back you insured there is no real shortage of weapons. I played with the same 5-6 modded weapons i had since level 6 or so (i'm now lvl21). Since i always get them back when i die (and also find new ones) i don't really need to buy fresh guns.

If everyone having money on a permanent account to finally learn a videogame, notorious of being so incredibly tedious to educate, to have 6 months to race, just to be restarted again like some kind of sick joke or scam, is a problem, then I don't see the solution. Your argument is that PvE basically needs to be financially harder yet they've already performed a loot nerf in summertime. It hasn't gone anywhere, and instead of calling the whole videogame a giant bore, why not just call out the timmies spamming biolab in Labs for Blue folders? Because my whole posse was expecting that ridiculous loot pool in the Res Room 07 to be entirely nerfed to inexistance, yet it has remained and has just acted as a backdoor for the entire videogames' aesthetic, not to mention in a complete blunder they splashed on a *lootable area* in woods beyond the boundaries with a bunch of god-tier loot and it just takes some shimmying under a train and no minesploding and it's all yours, like wtf? Turn off the loot pool for the fking non-implemented area maybe? We even made the BTR Driver talk about it because they're too salt to build their game with contract artists and programmers, like what the fuck is that? Not to mention Interchange is an unoptimized mess, every other map runs 100fps with blobbing armies on my rig yet go to empty interchange with 4 pmcs and killa with 10 scavs and it runs at 40fps despite my system shrugging and only putting out 30% on GPU and CPU. Not to mention with lacking leddies in the ultra closet, maybe 2 level 6 plates in Kiba, so therefore the entire logical thoughtrain of, "I need money, hit the abandoned shopping mall" is entirely worthless whether for actual utility per a map or even just to flaunt on it, an old time favorite of mine entirely ruined from neglect. Which, Nikita is in big fucking trouble with me, I went out and bought almost $1k of computer parts because I thought my machine was just plain too weak, but then after this revelation of getting 120fps on all other maps *lest* interchange, while I was using it as a benchmark to check why in the fuck, believe me, either Big Bad-Luck Brian moment or they have done 0 opimizing to all those light fixtures within the mall over all these years, which brings me great pain - that I thought I was building a "just good enough" computer when I was actually over here building a fucking, *HyperNASA computer on Bootes-Void Frost Cooling system with a collapsing fucking star for a GPU and a Type III Civilization for a CPU*. I'll disagree that it makes it "boring", Tycoon Simulator on Tarkov marketplace is some of the most fun ive ever had, "Tarkov Finance Bro" vibe goes crazy- They need to giganerf Labs, loot needs to go back to being behind truely expensive and locked doors, make the res room key 2% chance of spawning like the rest of the labs cards, optimize Interchange, fix broken task Getting Acquainted, slightly buff boss spawn chance for kill farmers, buff loose loot on Intiechangie and Woods (while literally plopping *80* mines in front of that cheese spot now, I hope soon.) Slightly decrease difficulty of creeps on Factory and Ground Zero, take away their ability to (Neck, Throat) people and pinpoint-grenade placement. Stop production of Customs Rework that no one asked for, literally put it on suspension and *wait*. Reshala needs a buff (I know he's supposed to be the rich pussy that hides behind his guards), either buff Partisans' pockets so every time a dank loot item drops, or delete him. The entire idea of PmC KaRmA is actually trash, while even making an active cerebral effort to avoid negative pmc karma is impossible. The community has resorted to calling him "Parmesan" because his cheese mechanics means there's no such thing as "Good" PMC Karma Standing and he's basically just a big mask to stop you from progressing, so you don't find out these BigSaltyGaywads go on bi-monthly vacations and live lavish with your USD$ while they refuse to fix their game that they broke, with all the cowdung they stuffed up the games ass while they have a japanese service bot all the while on the Report Bug Tickets' face saying, "we workie on it", yet the months that have gone by and still no remote changes to polish a single feature anywhere anyplace. I still have *yet* to see Pestily do his tri-annual Nikita sit-down to discuss anything, like whatever happened to that??? There's so much not only wrong with the game right now, but beyond the game with the dissociation between the streamers (that aren't making money anymore because everyone has tuned out to play PvE for themselves now) and BSG (who obligated themselves to PvE at the cost of their streamers and their own selves, but rightfully so as their game needs to get a slap on its' ass, be screamed at "andale, andale, hurry, get on wth 1.0). reselling items on the flea isn't the problem - this is actually a money sink because money is taken out of the game via additional flea fees. the "profit" from this is money changing hands between players. one of the problem with PVE is if you run solo, you ALWAYS get your gear back - this needs to be changed. also PVE probably needs a wipe system too, unless BSG are trying to push players towards PVP. maybe PVE just needs to remove insurance entirely.
