Today I am going to share with you some broken mechanics in game which is ruining the game flow of e-Football 2024. Also I will try to give tips p to boost your game and enhance your playstyle!

Not too long ago Mednasah (huge efootball KZbinr) uploaded a game comparing a "free" formation vs the meta formation (P2W lineup) and he managed to play two games against the same player. First game he lost 4-1, second one (with his P2W players) he won 3-0. As of late it's impossible to go against top players unless you have very specific cards

Exactly brother, I also watch him. He also mentioned that special players (paid) wins 50/50 situations. So free cards not that powerful.

@@Halikuuu it wouldn't be all that bad if special players were easier to get. As of now if you want an epic card you have one chance in 150. That's insane! I don't mind packs, because you know what you are getting, and they are way cheaper. Without paying, I managed to gather 1500 coins. With that I could buy the Argentina package, or the french one. Each guarantees an incredible good player (Messi, and/or Griezman). On the other hand I could just throw away those 1500 gold and get absolutely nothing, if I wanted to get Maradona, for example.

@@Tkokat yeah, Konami has to add GRIND mode- where you can get EPIC players or special cards by doing a lot of missions. Otherwise, it is pay to win. unfortunately.

If you look closely at what happens during a lofted through pass, the game slows down your receiving player for a split second, and this happens the exact time the camera pans to prevent you from noticing. This slowing-down of your receiving player always gives the defender the advantage to catch up and get the ball ahead of you. Making lofted through passes practically useless. In reality the receiver of a lofted-through-pass runs at max speed the moment the pass is given, then depending on his ball control/first-touch, his speed is altered, either enabling the defender to catch-up or not. This is what Konami needs to implement instead. Just pure evil from Konami. So not cool. Well, it's a free-to-play game. They have no obligations

i have played both mobile and pc versions of it,after pes 21 the long ball got nerfed and couldnt use long ball anymore.Even Mbappe struggles to pick speed

That interception thing works depending on the script, if you loose 4-5 games, then the script will try to make you win

I think some of it is also game design. Especially through balls. They try to prevent through ball spamming. If passing was a little less assistent it would be better. Imagine if you could use long and high passes to pass to open spaces behind defense. That would be a game changer.

This is pay to win and game balance. Average players on a scale from 1-10 are 3 to 6, even if there is a skill gap the game makes all of them win and lose the same. The game is controlling everything. You can lose from a 50k rated noob and win against top 200 player because the game has it's own agenda.

Pass assistance shouldn't exist in the game. The game is so much more fun and fluid on PA4. I think everyone should play like that and we would have 1 less problem in the game

I am a mobile user and I want to share somethings, earlier in ef22 starting days all base players had same strength as old iconic and legend cards, my main players in team were Iconic kaka and legend crujiff they use to do everything for me like creating chances by pass scoring goals and kaka used to feel so light fast and smooth, when efootball 23 released after 2 months of ef22 then things started changing little now my crujiff stopped playing good and he was heavy in field couldn't pass all his passes were intercepted, my gameplay is based on passing mainly means when my players perform good passes i win, efootball 23 was still good were you can fight with your base players against epic players but when efootball 24 released every things changed now my kaka is totally nerfed and my pack argentina Messi of 2014 also they don't have powers now they are slow and heavy on pitch, now I am struggling in Ef24 because I don't have any epic card except d law, my players don't give quick passes now and when they give defenders catch that easily I feel script is making me to leave this beautiful game that I am playing since pes 18 I have lots of memories in this game I hope someday they will fix everything

All your observations are what I experienced too! Scripting sucks! I think they done this to favor players with higher player cards and to urge players with lower player cards to buy high card players! bottom line,, MONEY MONEY!

Every explanation is correct except the part of epic or normal card. It’s just your excuse. Base card can still have unrealistic interception, unbelievable AI movements. It’s 100% skill and exploitation of game mechanics, script, trick , etc. Once you have script advantage, no matter which card you use , you still win.

this days through passes are very hard,and lofted through passes are useless nowadays,if you wanna control your game play,use low passes and passes only,but use through pass if you see a good opening,pass quickly though😂😂

a lot of skilled players and even youtubers already confirmed that 50/50 situations always epic cards wins. So it is definitely p2w. However, you can reach div 1 with free cards. But paid cards make your games impossibly hard!

I think passing system is failed in this game because it is so much assisted and scripted. Players often make a passes which a defender intercepts even though there is a huge gap in opponent's defence. Lofted passes don't work vertically at all. Although you make pass to an opened space, pass will be slow and your player also will start to getting slower while receiving it. So, I think Konami should work on this and make skill and intelligence more important than scripts when it is about passing.

​@@Halikuuu haha , let me tell you a trick or anything you call it... I don't know I just randomly someday observed it. If you press L1, R1(special control button) and through pass at the same time... There is a very very good chance that your pass will work. Try it with players having weighted pass skill ( I myself think that it's weighted lofted through pass)

It is all about script dude. In My League, I thrashed Liverpool 5:0 but lost 4:3 to a team named Middlesbrough, it might be an issue of using Alonso as manager because before Alonso, I was using Zeitzer and only conceded 9 goals in English League. But now my defence is horrible and conceds around 25-30 goals per season.

No way to earn GP, no way to grind coins (points are rubbish, why are they even in the game) All we just have to cry for coin and Coinami sometimes drops coins. I play a racing game named Real Racing 3 and it is insanely balanced for paid users and free players.

I was hoping to learn something new here, instead let me offer some advice as I appreciate your effort in the video. 1. As a rule of thumb do not let your opponent get to the edge of your direction guide circle, let alone be inside it. Of course he will take the ball if he is that close to you no matter what animation the engine decides to use, it's a rule of thumb in dribbling. 2. Rodri wasn't sprinting, how far you push the the left stick is what determines how wide your defender steps are even if you were to hold the dash button it doesn't make him sprint without pushing the LS far enough. My guess is you were pushing it too far for the body structure you were aiming for, which happens to the best of us under pressure. 3. What pass assist level were you using for that pass you said went in another direction with angle instead of forward? To get the exact angle of your aim, you would need to use PA3 and short pass as through pass invites AI interference more in direction even on PA3.
