The door jump thing is not that difficult. It seemed to me that u found out towards the end since you were hitting it more consistent. Only issue I had with this is that around A Rubble it's really hard to dodge strafe.

Yes, your right. And I had a problem with space at Rubble as well. I can't do dodge strafes like crazy like Grumpy.
