I still prefer an ulti-centric full crit build that can also pack some mean single target punch: same runes except I go Transcendence/Hexflash. Items: Gluttonous Greaves (usually)/Boots of Dynamism (with enchanter supp), Essence Reaver, IE, Mortal Reminder, Edge of Night (usually, so my ulti doesn't get interrupted) or defensive item (GA/Maw), Shieldbow (vs burst)/Navori (for extra Haste on ulti; also her 2nd ability buff is perma up with full crit). If you want more early dominance you can try Boots of Dynamism, BT, IE, Essence Reaver, Mortal Reminder, Edge of Night (usually)/GA/Maw, it's better in the laning phase but a bit worse in teamfights.

I still find it crazy, how even in higher elo ( master+) people immediately fight lvl 1 and let mf get a double kill 😂

there's games that i don't even use her alt bc her first ability is so good. ofc i do use it if i have a good opportunity but her alt can be a death sentence if you use it at the wrong time.
