You welding the wrong way, you don't push a welding rod like he's doing in the video you drag it away from the weld puddle, weld won't be as strong the way he's doing it, 99% chance it won't break though

И кто то хочет сказать что это ремонт да нет я так не думаю он уже весь варен переварен нет они снова варят это металлолом и уже не мост центровка ваще огонь токарь с кривой проволокой супер индикатор ,я не знаю как они ездят на этом это один и тот же самосвал кардан варили движок лепили коробку передач отремонтили мост уже раз 10 делали ужас слов нет .

а какая должна быть центровка? с какой точностью? Ну просто даже 0,5мм они своей кривой проволокой поймают. А большего на таком грузовике и не требуется. Шов у сварного, кстати, загляденье получился.

@@DEMON23027 А вот вы посмотрите на этом же канале ролик про вытачивание коленвалов из заготовок. Согласен, методика работы и условия у них весьма специфичные. Но делают они все по-уму. Поэтому я вот очень люблю смотреть эти пакистанские фильмы

It looks like it is skilled work, as it is fast ( the video is actually on accelerated mode always, you can tell from the minion voice) , but it is really not. This part will fail again soon… I used to be impressed by this, but it is really shoddy work mostly.. What do you expect working in the dirt and grabbing foreign materials as the part rolls into it.. sheeesh. I have never seen a part on a lathe centered and balanced… but I do admire them for hard work trying to provide for their families.

Actually, we do these types of repair in the West all the time. There are many YT channels-showing this type of repair work in the USA, Europe, Australia, etc. Channels like I C Weld and Cutting Edge Engineering, for example.
