The reason why its not spinning is because the voltage from your outlet is not high enough, it needs 220V to work properly, 120V is not powerful enough.

yep, i remember a lot of the blades snapped so i opened it to see in the motor, i am maybe gonna buy another mini ceiling fan as theyre pretty good@@TopROBLOXFans
