I got your point and I strongly agree, dps support are pretty good on soloQ, btw it requires to be good, not everyone has your game knowledge / experience / awareness. Picking a dps support means you need to be good at positioning since you are probably the squishier member of your team, on your hands sure dps support is the way to go, but on not skilled hands they will just int.

Nice vid! I have a few things to say. :D I made it to Diamond 3 last season playing a lot of Seraphine/Lux AP carry (got hella flamed, but I was duo with my friend who was a really good support main and the majority of the dragon lane matches were against potato players, which was like the majority of the player base imo). Solo queue totally sucks ass playing an AP carry bot or even secretly playing support carry with bursty/aps champs. It's like trying to convince these apes that one tricking a burst/aps champion beats these trash "meta" tier lists. I even had a ranked match when I was playing solo queue where the dude thought I was playing Seraphine "support" despite my role being dragon lane, he didn't mention lane swap (which I would've said no)... he chose Vayne and completely fed his ass off (I had to play catchup farming). In the end, Seraphine's game changing ultimate at baron pit and gathering storm was what won the game. And to those of you flaming Broken for carrying as a support rather than mid clearly don't understand the snowball potential of this app game. Playing bot lane and peeling with another player by your side is much different than mid. It's why I chose to go bot because I know I can kill two potatoes bot than 1 mid. Edit: People need to understand that if an ADC is doing dog sht damage post-game stats, then I don't care if your trash meta placed them S+ tier, they didn't do their job (staying alive, positioning well, and having basic map awareness etc). Period.

I think the ideal ability haste (cooldown reduction) to get is 73 (around 40%+ CDR), which is obtainable by building Lucidity Boots (15 AH), Luden's Echo (20 AH), Archangel's Staff (20 AH), and a fully stacked Hunter - Genius (18 AH). And I agree that too much ability haste (above 75+) is not practical since we don't have mana regeneration (even Archangel's mana refund) that can keep up with ability spamming. But I have a counterargument about Brand only need to have Lucidity Boots and Hunter - Genius. While it is true that the cooldown for the AOE explosion in Brand's passive can't be reduced by ability haste (CDR), building him AH items to get around 60 - 70 AH is still beneficial to him because through ability spamming, he can still keep up that one stack of Ablaze during the downtime of his AOE explosion. Thus, it makes his abilities always enhanced and enemies are always burning. (Remember that Ablazed targets receive additional effects from his abilities. The explosion part is just icing on the cake.) But that's just my take and I really appreciate your perspective about DPS supports. It makes us less of a bad guy on the team.

I get what u said in my personal opinion i think HP brand is way better cause of the lack of escape abilities and the passive thing. Also i have a question, in LoL pc we can only have 40% CDR do u have any idea if this applies in wild rift as well?

@@BrokenSupport We can have more than 40% CDR since the implementation of ability haste. If you have 100+ AH, you can get around 50%+ CDR. It is applicable both in PC and Wild Rift, but it's not worth it. Haha! I also get about building Brand with some HP items since he needs to stay longer in fights to dish out a large amount of damage.

Never played LoL but DL’d WR bc I watched my nephew play LoL. Played different champs but gravitated towards Brand. Thanks for this vid. It confirmed some things I do right and many I do wrong. Brand can be difficult especially if enemies don’t like you and focus. If I had to make improvements to Brand here’s two I’d suggest. 1). To make up for only having one CC that requires two abilities I would have Brand be able to see champions hiding or camouflaged. He’s so attuned to heat he can see your body heat. 2). If Brand sets an enemy ablaze and then they shield up they should take extra damage for creating a Dutch oven or hotboxing themselves. Thx again for the vid.

Hey friend! In midlane i use electro rune for more damage instead of font of life. Brand its all about positioning, you just have to use your 2 skill to do stuff and avoid using 3 skill unless u are 100% u gonna hit. Your 1 skill is your only “ escape “ ability u can legit spam brand, all u need to do is always have a ward on left or right and save your 1 skill to stun someone engaging on you

Hey friend 🙃 When i started playing League, i insta fell in love with support role and tested all types of supports and my conclusion was Nami is the perfect enchanter because you can outsustain everyone in botlane and it does have all sort of CC heal etc. Nami can stun, slow, heal, give speed boost and the global ult can win a team fight. Leona otherwise it’s the biggest treat to Nami, Leona can melt any enchanter and once you master Leona as well, trust me your lv of playing with enchanters will go another lv ;). ( Leona it’s perfect when your team wants a free meat to tank as well )

BTW, What to do in champ select when your team is calling for Tank? Everyone is picking fighter or adc or assassin champs. I end up picking a Braun or some other tank that frontlines and insta-killed by enemy 2 or 3 Vs 1 while my "team-mates" run away. Then get flamed for "feeding" or being a "potato" (actually i am a potato when it comes to Tanks - except for Garen)... Garen as support maybe?

It’s true everything he said. I played support till emerald. I used to get so many potatoes. I mean as I’m not the DAMAGE DEALER, i can see the macros they are missing. I saw some yasuo going 3v1 cause he saw some montage before this game. He died of course and bashed me for not picking malph supp and to your surprise i was in the opposite side of map helping my potato adc to get the turret cause he was behind. But that’s about potatoes. Now i play adc and now on high emerald. I like to think I’m an average adc. I play horrible sometimes, sure. But most of the time i lose because of my team is scattered where the enemy team is grouped up. Yesterday i was playing jhin and my opposition was jinx and thresh (which is imo one of the best bot lane combo cause jinx weak early but thresh accounts for her weakness) and my support picked brand support. I don’t have any problem with picking brand support (i played brand as support myself) but you need to think! Enemy has an engaging support. If thresh lands a hook on me brand can’t to anything to make them disengage and jhin doesn’t have any escape. If the jinx get 2-3 kills she gonna snowball and that’s what happened. The brand was not good either he fed a lot. I’m just gonna say do not pick your champion blindly. If you wanna pick blindly then you are better off with nami cause she is good in every draft.

It’s a good item but doesn’t suit my play style with brand probably in mid lane cause wouldn’t be using font of life but its honestly a personal choice

Heyyy. Question, I love supp role is my fav and I've been playing it since pc ( solo Q) and I manage to reach diamond once doing just supp. But ever since ( sec season) I can't reach it anymore.... There's to many trols or potatos players out there. So in your opinion what are the best supp to play as a soloQ? My main is sona and If I reach the mid /late game I become sort of a monster in dmg and healing, but it's hard to reach that far so

Matchmaking at Master+ its actually good now ( most of the times ) Try Karma/Nami/Rakan AP ;)

33:46 does it also annoy you that in games like this Rito doesn’t even award A or S ratings for your performance lol I just had a 6/3/14 Nami game where I helped secure all objectives, most heal most assist, triple kill and we won. (Potato team btw). Like wtf else do you want game? Apparently that’s not good enough 🙂🙂 just noticed it happened quite often.

As a main supp, if my adc die like 3 time with no kill even tho you doing the best to supp him and he over extend. Usually i'm the one got the kill on duo lane. Not that i steal the kill (cause my adc no damage at all XD) but the adc die too fast XD, i will go to mid or top instead. Clearly your adc is nub and feeding. And usualy for the rest of the match the adc go to duo lane over and over without joining teamfight XDD
