Probably too late, but for Broken, or anyone else reading this I fixed the SoloQ issue. The only thing you have to do is surrender to the dark side and play DuoQ, yeah nothing new. But using the "find a team" feature is very easy to find someone to play with and this fixes the rigged match making. I already got to GM thanks to this. I started doing it after getting a response from a ticket to Riot where they basically said that I could go and suck an egg because the game is fine as it is for them. But doing this trully helps, so I really hope it does for anyone reading.
