It doesn't make sense. But that's what's so refreshing! Imagine how much nicer our world would be if people put their money into projects of passion instead of projects of the bottom line. Sure, many people wouldn't be as wealthy as they are today. But probably would be happier. Yeah, I assume that the heads behind Bantam West have a pool of funds to draw from, by which they're enabling their passion. Because I can guarantee that sales of the game alone wouldn't be able to cover the cost of this video!

How long is game play suspended while watching people under go combat ? Not a fan of games that take long periods of sitting out .. I enjoy quick turns . So question how long is down time during combat ?

Combat moves quickly, cards have clear icons to denote if things are cancelled or not, so you can quickly move onto dealing damage or utilizing the card however you like. If you run into multiple combat scenarios during a single turn, it could take a minute, but with the board state changing, you'll need to pay attention so you can better plan your turn when it comes.

It's a bit odd that the map tiles don't go on the side you're traveling to. Seems a bit confusing. Super excited to receive my copy though!!

They are modular so you can set it up however you want/need based on game space.

An enjoyable video. But a bit odd that you didn't include last names in the credits. I'm sure that given their effort and a potential promise of working in the industry in the future, that their full names would be appreciated by many.
