Congrats to get your G line so quickly. Thanks for putting effort to making this testing and sharing! I recently climbed that slope several times using a 2 speed C line, its really challenging on the "Sunrise point". I'm also looking forward to getting a G line, most likely I will get a S size as well, but still would like to have a test ride before I decided.

Great to hear that. Yes you should try and get the different feel of it. Especially on slope. This bike is great for touring from what i thought. Hope to hear from ur new bike soon

Bell is not stock, I fitted my bell between the end of grip and brake grip ring…

The steering looks twitchy and the hub seems to be making the slopes hard work. If Brompton offered a cheaper version with narrower tyres, rim brakes and 5 speed derailleur gears I'd definitely consider buying one

They will never ditch the plastic rear derailleur. It remains the fatal deal breaker. Doesn't work on my 1 speed 2 speed, all trust has gone re going further up the Brompton range

Ive spoken to the dealer, they recommended to use S size instead.

@@Mag317 It depends on the riding position you want. At 1.76 m tall, the handlebar of size S is about 5 cm higher than the saddle. Brompton is telling stores that size S is suitable for up to 1.80 m. A size M, being used to a Brompton M3L and an M-sized MTB, had the handlebar positioned too high.
