That’s what happens when you can actually establish a running game. Harris was burning them for 5.3YPC & had 122. Ben only threw 25 times compared to the 40 times per game in the last 4 games. He had a 60% completion percentage despite his line still being pretty shaky.

He's one of those every ten years talent back! Trust me I followed his entire high school career and of course college. BAMA fan here 💪. He doesn't have a weakness. If you didn't the first time you watched this, then pay attention to his pass blocking. I don't need to even speak on the route running and receiving ability. I'm a bears fan, but he definitely fits Pittsburgh better than any other team. On draft day I just thought "perfect" when he was selected...one more thing, the Steelers are about to go on a run. For whatever reason they had a slow start, but not having the personnel is not the problem. They are starting to gel on another level. Certain franchises you just don't doubt. Pittsburgh has been one of those. They really never fall off. It just seems like the media always prays for their downfall

The Steelers need to run the ball more to keep the pressure off of Rothlesberger .In their losses they didn’t run the ball well and Rothlesberger was constantly under pressure and sacked a lot in this game they was able to establish a running game and that is what got the win for them along with the defense stopping the Broncos on third down !

That was the whole plan this season in drafting a RB and actually having a running game to take the pressure off Big Ben. That’s something that was missing last year the Steelers had zero run game and was last in the league in rushing yards. So the plan on getting a good running back worked with najee the only problem is there’s no offensive line. Najee plays so hard tryna get runs started in some games but the blocking just ain’t there

The O-line was moving people, Najee getting loose in one-on-one, you can't bring him down with one, Just not gonna happen, I like to see 2nd and 4/5, And better yet big chunks on the ground, Even if he gets hit at the line of scrimmage he falls forward for at least 3 lol, sometimes squirming for 5+, I'm excited to see the development of this offense as sluggish as we were, As well as the defense getting a chance to face premier QB's week after week, good experience come December/January
