@bobbyshanklin5342 that's nice, it doesn't change the facts that I stated. Watching Henry is proof that the nfl is scripted. Teams literally just let him run straight up and forward on them without even trying to pretend to play defense.

@@thecensoredmuscle563 He has a chance to become the 1st NFL running back EVER to rush for 2K yards TWICE in a career, AND with 2 different franchises. The man pretty much carried the 2019 Titans to the AFC title game with Ryan Tannihill as his QB 🥴 He's pretty much had to deal with 8 man in the box defenses as basically the SOLE focus of his team's offense for most of his prime years until now that he's playing with Lamar Jackson. Everyone commenting about "playing weak defenses" definitely has never played football. First, a weak defense is subjective and relative. Second, that doesn't suddenly give a player super powers to do what Jeanty is doing. We have to stop letting casuals give opinions on sports. Getting embarassing
@culturekiller862 ай бұрын
Yeah, people are dumb. If the weak defense argument was true, there would be 1000 other Jeanty’s. He’s the only one doing it, and he could do it against anyone.
@ifheavenwashuman2 ай бұрын
He can be a great player and play against weaker defenses than the other top RB's in this draft class. It wouldn't be the first or last time. Also, getting 30+ carries a game helps a lot. Many top schools have a stable of RB's.
@wolf55052 ай бұрын
@ifheavenwashuman Jeanty has only had 30 or more carries in 4 of their 9 games this season. In the other 5 games - he had 11, 13, 20, 25, and 26 carries.

@ What was his production when he got 11, 13 & 20? And which opponents were they?

He’s winning that heisman it shouldn’t even be a discussion. For those who keep saying trav first trav “statistically” is not top a top 25 DB, and borderline top 10 WR. He played more ranked opponents then trav as well. Washington st, Oregon, and UNLV. Y’all keep saying 30 carries don’t know football at all and go look up how many carries Barry had his Heisman season. Jeanty averages only 24 carries a game. Stop hating on the greatness that Jeanty is accomplishing

Your Travis Hunter take is WILD 😭Stop letting STATS dictate your view of a player. You know dang well you can't legit name 24 better DB's or 10 better WR's in college football than Travis Hunter. Name more than 3 college players ALL-TIME that were better 2-way players than what Hunter has shown just this year alone? what do YOUR EYES TELL YOU? Hunter is ABSOLUTELY a worthy Heisman candidate and finalist.
@ThakoldestToevadoit2 ай бұрын
@ Heisman is not based on who has the better name and hype or the type of player he is💯 that’s how I know u don’t know football just bc he play a lot of snaps that doesn’t win him the Heisman I never said he wasn’t worthy of being a candidate learn how to read before you respond. All of these DB’s have better stats than Travis and I’m not even naming all of them -( N. Williams From Cal, C. Lockridge from Fresno, K. Perich from Minnesota, T. Spence from JMU, Will Johnson from Michigan but we all been knew that, C. Bryant from KU, M.Dotson from KU, T. Skipper from UL, J. Catalon from UNLV, T. Lewis Jr from UL, N. Emmanwori from SC, A. Ferrell from Indiana, Raion strader from Miami OH, M. Coats jr from Nevada, Avery smith from Toledo, Trey Amos from ole miss, J. Walley from Minnesota, T. Johnson from northwestern. ) that’s 18 ppl I just named And like I said I can name a lot more on the defensive side I can tell u the stats too if you want to know em. Now let’s go to offense -( nick nash from San Jose, McMillan from AZ, Tre Harris from ole miss, Jack beach from TCU, Felton from Maryland, restrepo from Miami or however u spell his name, Noel from Iowa st, Rivers from FIU). So again I can factually prove my point he is not top 25 in DB stats and borderline top 10 at WR
@Riles31522 ай бұрын
@@ThakoldestToevadoit You didn't prove anything except that you trust what numbers on a piece of paper or a computer screen suggest, instead of your own 2 eyes based on an AUTHENTIC understanding of the game. Travis Hunter is ELITE if not the top in 2 skill positions and is literally a top 10 NFL prospect on virtually any draft analyst bored you'll find online. QB's barely throw his way during games which why his "stats" may not compare as well at DB as these other players you mention who may get more passes thrown there way then what Hunter may experience during the course of a game. Why don't YOU learn football and how players TRULY impact the game beyond face value statistics 😉

You can't make that an argument bc then the heisman discussion could be taken in a million directions. Do you know how many QBs won the heisman because they had top tier receivers? Or a stacked offense that made it difficult for even the best defenses to pinpoint who the ball was going to? The heisman is about bing the best player in CFB based off stats, not subjective views like who has the best defense
@jimbo03862 ай бұрын
Thr teams Colorado plays literally don't have good defense either. Or good offenses lol, by that logic hunter should be like 6th in the beisman race. So tired of this argument. Put it this way. Colorado played oregon a year or two ago and got destroyed and embarrassed and hunter did nothing. This year boise played a wayyy better oregon team and he carried boise to almost winning a close game. Grow up
@shady4life19912 ай бұрын
You can’t purely look at stats or else a running back would never win it. The best QB will always shit on the best running back’s stats. Are you arguing a running back making a series of crucial plays against several elite defenses to win the games for his team and keeping their national championship hopes alive shouldn’t be considered when deciding the Heisman? Foolish take. You don’t simply look at stats when deciding this trophy.
