Before I say my hot take we all in unison agreee upon that war games should’ve been 4v4. But I’m actually fine with Bronson being added as the 5th guy for the new Bloodline. He fits well in the group and has made a name by himself, this just elevates Bronson even more and makes the new Bloodline more of a believable heel faction. For me I find that problem is just the OG Bloodline finding that 5th member. They basically burned every bridge that they either make nobody their 5th member or make Cody, The Rock, some that hasn’t been on any of the shows for a while or someone that’s debuting to be their 5th member.

I think the fact that Bronson is of Samoan descent does help - because the whole New Bloodline is meant to be the "False" Bloodline. It fits the narrative of him not really being blood but being a brute Solo wants on the team so it doesn't even matter that he's not family.

I don't think Seth joining the Wargames team diminishes this moment at WrestleMania. I see Seth's sacrifice as something deeper than just him ending Roman's title reign. He was sacrificing his body and his championship to kill the monster he helped to create when he broke up the Shield. Since Roman's return, he's not been that same ruthless figure and seems much more reflective of everything. This would be the time to show Seth he's actually changed and begin working us toward their own personal arc together. It needs to happen!

Firstly Roman is still not great. Hes still got a long way to go, he still is ultimately after power and the Ula Fala, he still isn’t great to his family, he still hasn’t apologised for anything Secondly you can’t rebuild a relationship like Seth and Roman IN LIKE 3 WEEKS. That is a story that will take a whole damn year, doing in a few weeks is fucking nuts. Seth doesn’t want some apology, he still wants to stomp Roman’s face in. The relationship isn’t irreparable but it’s pretty damn close

@dustinmartin6524 Roman is on a journey. He is slowly being surrounded by his past failings and Seth is the final piece of this puzzle. Perhaps it becomes Roman who demands an apology from Seth for betraying him, which then forces Roman to reflect on his own actions and how Seth's betrayal ultimately affected the person he became. Also, who said this is a 3-week fix? This is clearly just the beginning of Seth and Roman's story. They're not going to be friends again, they're going to clash, they're going to fight, it's going to be tense and it'll ultimately lead to them losing Wargames and forwarding this storyline into WrestleMania where Rock will return to feud with Roman, Cody and even potentially Seth. The best stories now have heaps of layers and this is just a new layer of Roman's story. Plus whenever Seth and Roman are onscreen together we get absolute gold so I don't see how this could be a bad thing.

But for them to team again to stop Bronson Reed is just stupid. Thats the key problem here, MOTIVATION. Seth broke his body to try to stop Roman just 6 months ago, but now he is going to put that aside to help Roman rise to the top again to stop a guy he’s had beef with for like 2 months in Bronson Reed. It would be like if Liv and Rhea teamed to defeat Piper Nevin. Ultimately Seth as a character should care more about stopping Roman climb to the top than defeating a guy who keeps sitting on him BECAUSE WE JUST SAW THAT. Seth lost his title and months of his career to stop Roman, but now you are trying to tell me he’s going to help Roman to get one up on Bronson Reed? And again I understand character motivations change but here that’s not something that’s been explored at all. That is a story beat that you would have to explore, you would have to build toward a place where Seth decides he should have focused on the title and not Roman at Mania if this is the path they want to go down And on top of that, Seth isn’t even doing anything Roman related at Mania. He’ll probably have a match against Punk. It’s going to be Rock Roman or Cody Rock Roman so all of this is pointless until after Mania which is when this story should be getting told. Imagine if you spent a year telling this Seth Roman story, culminating with then teaming reluctantly in war games and then finally a match at Mania which ends with them embracing or something along those lines. THATS what this should be. Not to stop an external force that 4 months ago was in catering

@@dustinmartin6524 I agree that Seth will probably face Punk at WrestleMania, but I think this Roman and Seth story isn't starting and finishing in 3 weeks like you suggest. I also think you might be incorrectly assuming their motivations for them teaming together. Yes, Seth doesn't want to build Roman back up, but this new bloodline is being booked as twice as ruthless as Roman's bloodline. The reason Seth got involved against Roman was to stop their corruption and influence over the rest of the roster, so his motivations for joining to stop Solo would be very much the same, minus the personal responsibility he feels for Roman's character. Also, I wouldn't discard the idea that Seth now has no choice but to join Wargames as now Bronson has a team full of ruthless thugs helping to make Seth's life a living Hell. Him joining could just be a matter of self preservation, thus forcing him and Roman to interact and beginning their story while adding extra wrinkles to in-ring storytelling and build up.

I think the OG Bloodline story should make it seem like in the next few weeks, they will try to recruit Seth, only for Seth to turn them down despite being attacked by the Bloodline 2.0. On the day of Survivor Series, Seth's music will play only to come and announce that as much as he hate Bronson Reid he hates Roman more and will never team up with him. Then, Paul Heyman will come out only to say that he has the OG Bloodline's 5th member, that being CM Punk. Imagine the reaction of Seth after that. 😅

Solo obviously convinced him with the fact that the match will be the main event and the biggest attraction of Survivor Series and considering that Reed attacked Rollins and became such a big threat to the roster since the post Summerslam because he wanted to belong to that status of main eventer, it makes sense to me. Also, you can't deny the potential craziness him and Jacob both can create in that match . The Tsunami spot from the top of the cage will be incredibile🔥

I gotta agree with what Santi said towards the end about the whole Seth and Roman situation. I feel it is predictable that we see Seth join the OG Bloodline despite the bullet he took for Cody at WM 40 when Reigns had the chair. And I feel this will be done primarily because Bronson Reed is on the New Bloodline team and as we know, Seth and Bronson still have a feud that's going on over on Raw and I believe Seth may be added to this 5v5 WarGames match for the sole purpose of keeping the feud between himself and Bronson going.
