What she made complete sense to me. Monika complimented her skin. She said thanks to you. And proceeded to explain that it's because Monikas friend has changed her skin. She stalked the esthetician (the friend) and then started stalking monika. Who got her in to see the esthetician who changed her skin. Without that middleman (monika) she wouldn't have gotten an appointment. Or it would have taken forever who knows. I'm sure if you listen again you'll understand why she said "well that's thanks to you)
