Came here for the Zetec but loved the classic/vintage stuff re the small ends. I'd be rubbish at your job cos I'd be shaving a thou/gram here and there to get the balance absolutely perfect and getting nothing else done!!!

Fascinating as always. If cylinders need re-boring how do you choose how much to bore? And when does it becomes time for newer sized pistons? Do you feedback to the customer what size pistons to buy or do they send you them and you work out how much to take off?
