i used to work for a delivery service and you can absolutely call your local ups center and report that behavior, especially if it continues with the inappropriate comments. someone that has your address making comments about asking if you're home alone is SUCH a red flag & you're probably not the only one they've done that to. stay safe !!!!

Loving this summer look! Can’t wait for vacay! Julia always listen to your gut about creepy people! You need to try to get your brother or a guy friend or boyfriend to be there some days and make sure he knows it. And tell him it’s your boyfriend that you live with. Let a package for a guy friend delivered to your house so he thinks he lives there. And don’t be too nice. Just professional. Too nice or too rude makes them get weird ideas because it’s attention to them. You can never be too careful with creepy guys.

Great technique with the 'c' shape at outside corner of eye. I always struggle with that spot, I often think it looks bare, but black liner is too much. A lighter or brown shade, then diffusing in that shape would work perfectly for me - can't wait to try!

I just got Rosewood too so this video is perfect timing. I had a creepy security guard at the apartments I used to live at and he’d walk in front of my unit like 10 times every hour. As I walked out to go to work/out/etc he’d try to get in my view and say hi. One day he said “I really like talking to you so don’t report me. “ I was weirded out so I started having more family and friends stop by so he’d get the idea I’m not alone/lonely. Then I asked the office management if they knew what the heck he was doing in front of my unit all the time. Apparently he was stalking another woman at the apartments also and she reported him. He had asked that woman out but she declined repeatedly until he got rude and angry calling her names. Moral of my story, if a creepy person tells you not to report them, report them! I haven’t seen him around since. Hate that he had to lose his job / switch to a different location but my safety and mental health are important too.

Usually oil balm kind of cleansers are ideal for waterproof mascara , the Juno one isn't expensive and I like it :)

Per UPS guy: if he keeps it up, call the hub. I'm married to a retired UPS guy. You, normally, can't request a new driver, because they bid on the route. Unless they relinquish it to another driver. However, it may be a temporary driver(called a Swing driver), filling in while your regular person is away. Hopefully, that's the case.
