Dani Lang Actually, the ONLY time Eric Forrester EVER owned FC completely never even happened... When FC was created it belonged SOLELY to Stephanie( the Douglas-trust), Brooke was given 51% of a company that Eric had NO legal right to distribute shares from, hence Brooke never owned FC, Then Nick pried the company out of Forrester hands because his mother was incredibly stupid and flew off the bannister at the Forrester mansion.. The Forresters thrn created FO, bringing in money all of them, then when they got FC back, thry joined FC with FO so Eric didn't own FC on his own then either... Then Bill snatched it and Steffy got it back by having Ridge, Eric, Stephanie and Taylor pay for it.. Taylor then gave her shares to Steffy, causing Thomas to have a fit and to subdue that fit, Ridge gave him 5% of his shares.. And Eric managed to loose half of his shares to Donna when they divorced, Donna then sold them to Bill... Stephanie screwed her children over when she gave her 25% to Eric when she died...
