I agree 😭 I like Lucas and Peyton but they fell in love because of “destiny”, Peyton needing to be saved, art, having things in common whereas Brooke and Lucas saw something raw and pure in each other - they just loved each other’s company and they saw right through each other and unconditionally loved each other’s flaws and strengths. I refuse to believe that the writers always has Lucas and Peyton in their mind as endgame because it sure as hell didn’t feel like that in Season 2-3 but oh well. They all got their happy endings!
