Brooke's Farewell

In the summer of 2015 we had planned to shoot a video with Glenn Salyers and his girlfriend and fellow BMX'er Brooke Betancourt. Unfortunately Glenn died in a tragic motorcycle accident (it wasn't his fault) before we could start shooting. About 2 months after the accident, Brooke mentioned she wanted to put together a mini-documentary about the whole ordeal, their relationship, her feelings and where she might go from here. Needless to say, we offered to help. The resulting documentary is called "Brooke's Farewell". RIP Glenn, only the good die young brother.

Glenn was such a nice guy! I didn't know him at all but I rode with him once and he genuinely apoligized for almost going in front of me when he wasn't even close, It's an encounter that stood out amongst all riders alike. He was a good hearted guy that kept things grounded and seemed to fully understand that we're all just beings riding a bike.

rip glenn i miss you bub we all do man i know your up there biking and up there watching over all of us and your wonderful best friend the love of your life bub which is this girl right here that made this awesome video rip bub it would be really neat if everyone that hung out with him and knew him his family everybody if we all could get together amd do something for him i have known glenn since around 2007 we first met at pipeline skatepark and he showed me alot of different stuff about biking because i use to skateboard and he was like man u should start biking and i could show u some tricks amd stuff around the park he was really nice and sweet and after he done a manual around the whole park like almost 5 times he droped in then aired out amd done the same thing we use to let him do back flips over us and stuff omg i loved it . it was so fun i miss him alot i watch his videos all the time of him and of u two and im like awh there so cute i wish he was still here to this day but god wanted him home with him rip ride in paradise glenn salyers the best biker in the whole world my opinion not trying to offend enyone but to me he was the best you could tell him to do anything and he could do it i swear man but rip bub

Glenn is a legend, grew up watching him at the local indoor and outdoor park in kokomo Indiana, he was tough as fuckin nails too! Saw him knock his teeth out and he was riding the next day doing the trick he knocked his teeth out on. His house had a giant roll in with dirt jumps. Even then you knew he was just on a different level than other riders. RIP

I never had the chance to meat Glenn but all my friends that new him say I would have liked him and that he was a rad gay to hang out with and just ride and he would challenge you to do new things and form all the videos and stuff on KZbin about him he was a rad gay and shredded at parks and the streets rip Glenn you will never be for got in
