As someone who's autistic, Chase sounds like he *might* be on the spectrum? Which is to say I can totally get how something as simple as forgetting his lunch can throw him off. Also I think it's actually a show of maturity that he recognizes when he needs to take care of himself. Self care is super important

Agreed, also this guy seems too fragile to let these types of things ruin his day. How does he deal with real life struggles? How could he actually handle dating? Or a whole other person's needs when his day is so simply thrown off. I just think he's not interested and won't say because he's too fragile to handle the criticism or someone's emotions of being upset. I would need to be with someone more masculine, mature and has emotional intelligence.
