5:32 if you ever wanna have a trapdoor and ladder situation you can place trapdoors facing the front and then shift and place the ladders on the trapdoors, hope this helps!

6:50 Since you can't cross off completed tasks on the project board, you could use lime, yellow, and red dye to signify completed, incomplete, and future planned tasks respectively 🤓 you could even use glow ink sacs for extra flair!
