There is another off-site bakery site where the actual cookie dough is actually made and then the cookies are made into the balls, weighed, put into the plastic bins and brought here for Brook. There is a video showing what I just shared with you.

Brooke has another video where she talks about the cakes. In fast speed. She begs the cakes and crumb coat them on one day and refrigerate some the second day she coats them with all of the actual frosting on the cake itself. The third day she actually puts the actual decoration on the cakes and actually sent them out to the customers on that day they are picked up three times during the day they actually have an appointment when to come and pick them up.

💐Hi Brook :-) your videos are so inspiring, I’ve recommended them to everyone I know! I live in Texas, but I want to say that I smell your bakery all the way here hehe! Like you, I love coffee, I drink many cups a day but I noticed that it doesn’t provide me with a sustainable/real energy so I started taking an Ayurvedic medicine called “Shilajit” ❤️ I’ve read many articles including one on Dr. Axe! 💕 Since coffee is known to deplete our magnesium levels; taking shilajit has saved me!!!!! It gave me back energy and stamina.. there’s a million more things it’s known for including brain health, regulating hormones, immune system function, alleviating pain response.. and etc.. the reason I say all this is because I really like you and I love my coffee just like you! Biscoff is actually Belgian now, the brand is called Lotus but they keep the other name abroad. Belgian speculoos or speculaas is amazing. The paste was an invention of someone on a tv contest. Everyone soaks their speculoos in coffee or tea and they put it on bread, so she invented an already made paste. Genius.
