Being a performer and receiving an applause have a way to be a lot less vain when you realize that you are "merely" being a channel for divine creativity to express itself. In stead of "damn I'm awesome and people admire me", you shift to "I'm so grateful to have been chosen as an outlet of this divine creativity, and serve so many people with a few moments of pure joy." As part of that somewhat externalizing (we are all one, so it's a bit illusory) of the skill/talent, you may find yourself even more open to receive that divine spark that I KNOW you've felt when you said "yes" to an opportunity or SEEMINGLY random idea. I've seen it in you, such expressions are not from the brain, you're being a willing outlet for something greater. You dance with that greater power when you manifest these collabs and travels. The very best songwriters, actors, etc, see the source of that magnificence as external to their "me", the ego. "It just flows, and I let it".

Amusing to hear Jess say she’s going to put herself first and do what makes her happy. As if that’s a new thing 😂

I used to have the adopted belief that you shouldn't make a hobby into a job. I was wrong. Find your niche and keep it fresh enough to keep enjoying it.

GPT is an "it", not a "they" ;-) Just a version of programming that is able to form linguistically correct search summaries. It's amazing with psychology and some other things, and useless with a lot of other things. Keep in mind who programmed it, their stamp is firmly on it. Knowing how to prompt is crucial.

Stay away from marathon-like distances. It's simply not healthy. The first marathon runner died and now everyone goes "challenge accepted", it's daft. Look up midfoot gait running. Don't overdo it. Built it up. Zero running record at using heel strike, it's unnatural and only became a thing due to shoes turning the nerve response off and allowing the wholly wrong gait. Fact check me.

You ladies give some crappy advice and so shallow like do what you want when you want and to put yourself first but we are to be selfless and we can't do what we want when we want only if it morally right.

what on earth do you want to do that's not morally right, craig.

I'd not put it that harshly, as they clearly are generous girls, but the "putting self first" indeed isn't the best. In certain context it's correct (like the oxygen masks in a plane, put on your won damn mask first, okay). We are in this reality/simulation alone and need to build ourselves up, but it's about building consciousness and leveraging the power within to help others in the most natural and powerful way. Those others are reflections of other souls, and they mirror us to various degrees in different ways.
