Brooklyn Park Police Introduce New Crime Reporting System

Brooklyn Park has unveiled a new online platform for residents to file a police report. The reporting tool on Brooklyn Park’s website allows residents to file a non-emergency police report. It's intended to be used for lower-level crime like animal complaints, bike theft or fraud. Previously, Brooklyn Park officers had to drive to a potential crime scene and meet with the person filing a report.
