Welcome to the Brooklyn Quilters Guild's fourth fence show! This quilt show was displayed along the fence of Holy Name Church in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, on April 2, 2022. The theme for this show was Recycle Reuse Reimagine. The quilts were constructed with a minimum of 75% reused materials that would not normally be used to make a quilt. Watch the video to see just how creative our Guild members are!
The Guild's co-president Margaret Marcy Emerson created this recording and introduces the title and maker of each quilt.
The Guild would like to say a big THANK YOU to Ellen Piccolo and Joyce Crupi who took charge of this particular show. Also much thanks to Alice Braziller, Martha McDonald, Pat Decker, Margaret Pross, Andrew Ve Hansen, the folks at Holy Name Church, and all of our volunteers who made this show such a success. And of course it wouldn't be a quilt show without the quilts, so thank you to all of our members who created these absolutely gorgeous creations!
