I dress shopped 3 months after my engagement. My local bridal shop was having a trunk with one of the designers they carried and I looked at all the designers they had. I found my dream dress after 7 try ons. There was two that were just stunning and I loved. But one of the top two actually was like a dream come true because it was in budget but a dress I remember sketching out and planning out when I was like 12-14 years old. It had everything I ever wanted. So out of all the dresses you tried on and seeing what you loved I feel it’s going to a long Aline dress, lace and tulle, very whimsical and maybe off shoulder, floral details a must and beautiful long train.

I got married in February (20 years old). My engagement was 2 months, and three days after the engagement, I went into this little local boutique and the third dress I tried on was THE dress. I didn’t want to take it off and that’s when I knew. It was also like a say yes to the dress episode because it was the complete opposite of what I wanted 😂. I didn’t need alterations and it fit me perfectly. When you know you know!
