This bread is believed to be a Southern Italian creation, where immigrants brought it to New York. Prosciutto bread also has a variety of Italian cured meats, such as Pepperoni, salami and Italian cheeses. This bread is simple to prepare and will be enjoyed by the entire family.

Ingredients:
• 4 oz. of Prosciutto
• 3 oz. of Soppessatta
• 3 oz. of Pepperoni
• 5 oz. of Provolone
• 3 cups of all-purpose flour
• ¼ oz. of dry yeast
• TBSP of salt
• 6 oz. of lager (room temperature)
• 3 oz. of water (room temperature)
• 1.5 oz. of olive oil
• Tsp. of black pepper
• 3 oz. of grated Romano cheese - Pecorino recommended)
• 2 TBSP of cornmeal
