I recently used a spray olive oil for the 1st. time for these (well similar) I shredded some pork & sliced some braciole from the sauce, rolled'em up, quick light roll in crumb & parm. I didn't think a Rollatini could get better, Holy friggin cannoli, they were next level delicious! I also like them with lemon & mint mixed in the ricotta and topped with a garlic white wine sauce, mostly in the summer, light & fresh, yummy! I just got done making your pizza dough to make calzones tomorrow, you guys are great, Thanks💓
