okay so the packaging is based on the value of the product and how easy it breaks during shipping. the prep is updated only when there has been a certain amount of complaints that it came damaged. And it is also calculated as misc cost for the seller. there is a whole lot of process behind the decision. you can check the product's page and check reviews and try to filter out broken or damaged using keywords to see if the customers have given any reviews or directly complaint to the customer service.
