A course that surely demonstrates the value of consistancy of play. Brooks won with 14 out of 18 pars and no aces, not bad for a non-pro with no familiarity with the course. At any rate, great course, good game, and always a pleasure to see Mom & Dad on the roster.

Elisha's *Ace* on Hole#17 was definitely one for books. You could not even see the hole because of the *shadowing.* Was it a *_hit and hope_* or was it *_skill and a little bit of luck?_* I think it was a little of both; super challenging as well.

There needs to be a drinking game for when your dad plays. Shots when he says the following 1) This is doable (double shots for an ace proving doability! 2) You have got to be kidding me! 3) Thats what I meant to do. 4) Every time there is a 1, 2, 3 (*Double shots for each ball that goes in)

This course has great shadowing to hide the unevenness in the ground. At the tournaments, they need to have a plogger invite for a separate challenge and more exposure.

My family and I are at MB this week (10/7-14/2023). Today, 10/9, we played this course. My sister scored 53, and my sister, brother in law, and I tied at 51. It was a hard course, and we were surprised our scores weren’t higher. But even more surprising was our 3-way tie. We’re going to play this one again before the week’s out, so we can have a real winner.

Just gotta say, I have never seen Brooks actually hit right handed. He always says he is hitting right handed then does a left handed backhand shot. Dad actually hits left or right handed as needed. All about the hand placement on the club.

What you dad was attempting was almost correct. You have to hit down on the back of the back of the ball to make it pop up in the air. It drives the ball into the ground making it bounce back up and shoot forward.
