That has been there I think something like 40 years, and up until recently (last couple-three years) was Hitt’s Mini-Golf, named after the original owners. The layout of the courses looks the same but the obstacles have changed a lot since the change in ownership.

that's colorado springs for ya, we have our own little biome due to the rockies just west and monument hill to the north. It will be bright and sunny one moment, then in 5 minutes you are getting pelted with hail without any warning. those clouds were hitting north though, b and e were basically in central COS.

I played a course that had a draw bridge contraption like your course. The exception though is the draw bridge moved up and down at a pretty decent speed, if you missed and went into what they called the "moat" you got a 2 stroke penalty and hit your 4th shot from the back of the green. The opening though on my course was larger. The course you played though was a nice inventive but well maintained basic course.

Hole 10 exemplifies why in pro golf the player who is away has to hit first. Elisha's ball curved off and Brooks was able to adjust his line to compensate. Should have been the other way round.
