I agree with you Brooks on the roulette wheel being my favorite hole because of the randomness of it. I feel mini-golf should be about the random luck getting the ball into the hole and not pure skill. Plus, I like the way you did the videos in the past. The lack of machismo in your videos that is evident in so many of other channel videos make watching the two of you play such an enjoyment. Keep it simple and stick with the original formula.

Hole 7, The Rocket Ship is my favorite. Simply because of the randomness (sliver of an entrance) and the possible path(down the spiral) of ofthe ball. Great Post.

Here is what I would recommend, lower the music by 90%. Leave the orignal graphic of total score in real time. Still put up the par/unqiue info but on the side. The zoom is cool for in the distance shots where its hard to see on phones. Not bad though for an expirimental video.

Love 97% of the new stuff. The split screen is a bit distracting and doesn’t add to the experience and i don’t mind the music but i agree it is slightly loud. Looks like a lot more work went into post production but it was worth it as this was easily my favourite video of yous ever. Great channel.

I watch every video and really enjoy watching a nice relaxing round of mini golf. The new music is extremely annoying and ruins a nice relaxing video. Please, please do not continue using the music. I also do not like the new scoring. The card in between holes is nice, but I like having the score on the screen at all times. I am often watching while doing other things and I want to be able to easily glance and see the score if I have to look away for a short time. I thought everything was perfect. If it is not broken don't fix it. This is a great course. Go Team Elisha.

Just to add my honest feedback. I love you guys, but I couldn't watch this video the whole way through. That's a first for me on your channel. The music is really obnoxious and drowns out your talking. The scores at the top of the screen is fine, especially if it's easier for you to edit (vs. names/scores sometimes jumping all over the screen!) The scorecard graphic between holes is fine but I don't think you need it, it interrupts the video and makes it feel less immersive for me. Same with the pop-up 'lets go' and 'aw no' text on the screen. Also I agree with the person who said it feels like this video got sped up in the edit somehow, it all feels fast. I'm one of the people who watch your videos to relax and most of this editing style just amps up the anxiety for me, it's mini golf, not extreme sports. BUT having said all of that... if it gets you more views/subscribers then ofc go for it, if that's your goal. I personally would not be able to carry on watching if every video is in this style, but I understand you trying it and I appreciate the effort that went into making it.

The super loop was by far my favorite! This video was really good! i like the "Hole in One" graphics because it is a big deal to make during challenges. As first, your music was trumping your voices but then it got better. i think this is one of few videos that you didn't have to worry about audio copyright. Silence kills my interest so it was nice to hear. The score card was a nice touch as well. I am still enjoying your channel and the little things you are trying to spice it up. Well done!

one of the most unique mini golf courses i've seen... right up there with urban putt and crave. i've been to many mini golf courses in my younger days, and i've never done these fancy mini golf courses. holes 7 and 9 are among the favorite holes in this video... the roulette hole takes the cake

I was reading every ones responses and I got to say that I fully agree with everyone. There is way too much going on here Brooks. I appreciate you trying something different by running it up the flagpole and seeing if anyone salutes it ;). But looks like everyone doesnt like it including me. I am happy with the old style way of editing. The extra sound effects is alright in some of the past videos but this yes this is wayyyy too much :) including the music being too loud. However glad to see you are back at Par King!!!! Love the rolly coaster hole the best as always =D!!!! The rocket one was pretty sweet too! I also like the sears tower one too. Both rocket and sears tower reminded me alot of the carny ride Toboggan! The roulette is crazy awesome too for an ending hole as well! But nothing is going to beat the rolly coaster loop dee loop with reverse the u turn as well!

Contradictory to apparently most everyone, I like the new video editing. Most specifically the video inset so you can zoom in on hole while seeing complete layout. Also, understand due to copyright issues why you would want to put in own background audio. Perhaps a survey by viewers for playlist sense that seems to be an issue with them . I enjoy your videos Brooks, great job.

On hole #18 you get the score of 3 (par) in tournament play because they don’t want your score to be chosen by the luck of the roulette wheel. Just FYI
