All these are great preachers I'm enjoying it so make me want to preach but the best preacher to Albert Lea and there'll be no more is Clarence lavon Franklin I dispute anybody Church of God in Christ Methodist Baptist Pentecostal I don't care where you go is CL Franklin I was in prison and those guys would play CL Franklin sermons I thought they was crazy we in prison and they listen to preaching I thought we was gangsters with CF Franklin is the best

The Black church isn't in trouble because of this style of preaching; its adaptability to the secular world has placed it in a troubled state. The Black church of yesterday can boast having a strong MARRIED mother & father, with a strong family structure. Whereas today, with its structural changes, boast single FEMALE parenting, no dress code, very little spiritual growth, homosexuality and no correction. The church of yesterday had church mothers....where are they now? The Black Race needs to focus on getting their family structure right, so the church and the community can get better.

This style and type of preaching is a learned skill set. Respectfully, it is not scriptural nor biblical teachings. This is cultural skill set seen in the so called black church.

Well actually the style and delivery is cultural, that being said, when is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ non biblical? When is encouraging a fellow Believer non scriptural?, what is non-biblical about quoting hymns that are based on the Word of God? All those things take place in the “close” next about the “so called black church” as opposed to what? “The Church”? Lol I’ll make an assumption (I know that I shouldn’t ) that you are an American I am assuming that because when people take exception to the term “Black Church” because it should just be “the church” translation “The White Church”!!! Every worship style is cultural 🤷🏾‍♂️

True. I left the black church a decade ago to actually learn Christian Theism, Christian Aplogetics, Theology and the tenants of Biblical Christianity. This is just "shuckin and jivin". Let a Jehovas Witness or Latter Day Saint come to these black churches and witness the shallow understanding most of the black church goers have in regards to doctrine.
