Hi friend, I haven't seen the print to give an opinion, but with your words, I understand that the problem is with the cartridge, if you have skills, you can take out the magnet of the cartridge and clean it with alcohol.I am very sorry for my late reply

thats not alcohol...thats Paint thinner A kind of solvent
