Hi John You save to favourites by just pressing the hart. I downloaded this before and was very excited about it to start with. Not a lot to play with, some of the embroidery designs are very scruffy, not clean designs, not digitised nicely. NO canvas button as I guess you are saving with the hart and it should save in Canvas so no need for a Canvas button. One would of thought if they are going to design an app it would be full of new exciting things, along with all the Canvas designs. Although you can send direct to the machine on the go, you still have to get home to work your machine. I would of liked all Canvas designs and a whole lot of new and exciting designs to play with. Hopefully in updates we will get more to play with. Thanks for the video. G

Hi John. I found your video when searching if my Canvas Workspace ID and password should work with Artspira. At the 50 second point in your video you mention that you can. Unfortunately, I cannot. I can log on just fine into Canvas Workspace with my ID and password but get a login fail message every time. I have tried numerous troubleshooting solutions but no success. Wonder if you have had anyone else with this problem? I will be calling support on Wednesday. Good news is I just found your KZbin channel during my search for answers and have subscribed.😀

That's not something I have heard of yet but it's still early days for the app so I imagine there will be teething troubles so you have chosen the right path in reaching out to the support team. Thanks for the sub!

Hi John . im pleased to tell you that the DX1200 works on Aryspira. Not sore what this software offers but it works. If you login with you'r canvas ID it will add you'r dx 1200 automatically. I had no problums. I hope this help you.

Hi John, thanks for the info...I downloaded to my Tablet, and managed to send a design to my SDX1000, which is fine. My problem is.... I am now not able to send a file to the machine as the icon for Canvas Workspace is now not there on the machine. My question is... how do I revert back to be able to send files from my laptop? Hope you are able to help with this.

The new icon is to reflect that Brother now calls information sent to the machine a 'data packet' and it goes into the 'data pocket'. This will be the same icon/button on the machine for any data sent from Canvas Workspace or the app.

From info I read, the sewing/embroidery machine that is compatible with this costs in the region of £2000 so not for the masses.

Not all the compatible machines are listed in the general information. I’m in Singapore and had to check machines specific to Singapore to find mine listed. It only needed to be able to connect to the internet. It was less than £2000.

Have you tried to partner with craft supply stores as a teacher? Then you could run classes for people on all the equipment, utilizing all their supplies, and have access to their SDX compatible embroidery machines/software. I've seen this sort of arrangement here in the U.S.

Sadly the UK has a very different attitude to collaborations and see them as cheap/no pay alternatives and expect a lot from their 'design teams' for free. Unfortunately product doesn't pay the bills. Thanks for the suggestion though.
