Dear friend 1. Practical performance is good, fast & reliable. 2. a. I have been using this machines last 5 years in my office, where I took around 300000 pages. it works very good tremendous, responsive. b. Even, I had faced problems that has been rectified so easily. 3. a. You have to do service, you should have a technical knowledge to use this machine. b. Look, It's a digital thing . you can get any different type of errors or logical error and physical error like cartridge problem, drum unit replacement not working etc. But honest view it is a good machine good for business good for startup business purpose. I was using Epson L6170 since a year after someone suggested me that Printer Cost me ₹21000. But there was a problem with the Head which Cost me a very hefty Amount(very much disappointed 😥). My priority is for Xerox/ Copier which should be Cost Effective, fast, good after sales service, Also Copies Legal size Paper. Cost of Head and Toner should be budget friendly. WiFi is optional. मेरा एक्सपीरियंस इस प्रिंटर के साथ काफी अच्छा है शुरुआती 6-7 महीने मैंने खूब अच्छे से उसे किया धीरे-धीरे कहीं ना कहीं ऐसे ही छोटी-छोटी कमियां आ जाती है जबकि सर्विस सेंटर से रिपेयर हम कर सकते हैं लेकिन यह बहुत ही अच्छे से चलता है हजारों पेज को निकालने की इसमें क्षमता है मुझे इस उसे किए हुए कई साल हो गए लेकिन आज भी यह काम कर रहा हैक्योंकि मैं इसकी सर्विस और अच्छे से ख्याल रखता हूं समय पर कार्टेज भरता हूं सफाई करता हूं समय के साथ-साथ टेक्नोलॉजी भी चेंज हो गई है इसके नए अपार मॉडल आ गए हैं जो कि इससे काफी पावरफुल है इस प्रिंटर में स्कैनर एड फंक्शन प्रिंटर ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट ये एक ऐसा प्रिंटर है जो की बिज़नेस पर्पस के लिए काफी हेल्पफुल है स्प्लेंडर की कार्टेज रिफिल हो जाती है सस्ते दाम पर | मैं अभी तक इस प्रिंटर से 10 लाख से ज्यादा पेज निकाल दिए हैं
