That was so helpful thank you. Did you need to change the foot before doing the zigzag stitch?

You are so welcome! Thanks for watching! In this video we did not change the foot. However there is an edge stitch foot that would be very helpful in a case like this :)

Thank you for this video! Do you have a recommendation on stitch length or width for jersey stretch fabric? (I'm making headbands). Thanks!

There is a stretch stitch that looks somewhat like a drawing of lightening it can be quite useful on jersey, remember a ballpoint or stretch needle.

Thanks. Do you go right to the edge of the fabric, as you haven't here?

Thanks for watching and commenting! You may place the zig zag over the edge or next to it, stitchers choice :) Please like, share and subscribe if you have not yet

Any suggestions? I am trying to do zigzag, and it looks like a ladder stich on the front, and zigzag on the back. I have re-threaded the machine and bobbin, changed tension, and I am not sure how to fix it.

using an overedge stitch foot can help, starching fabric edge, and the things you are trying until you find the correct tension settings for the fabric you are using. Good luck and thank you for the question.
