부산에선 바다의 내장요리와 육지의 내장요리를 팔죠. 꼼장어랑 곱창. 둘 다 공업도시 부산을 상징하는 요리라고 생각합니다. 공장에서 힘든 일을 마치고 소주와 함께 저렴한 고기를 맛있게 만들어서 먹는거죠. 지금은 둘 다 비싸졌다는 것도 공통점이네요. 즐거운 부산 여행이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.
