Dude how to run it ,it says the game is made for older devices Also I downloaded it from a website but then when I open it,it have glitchy textures

You need to to use CPU-Z to check your phone GPU then you search for your GPU version of the game. I also made the same mistake I had to download the game twice. So make sure you download the appropriate version for your GPU, either vrtegra, adreno etc.
