This shoe cleaning is done by Francisco. He is 48 years old and has been a shoe shiner in Mexico City for 24 years.
Francisco's shoe shine chair is located in the beautiful park of Santa María la Ribera. The Park is always full of activity: people walking their dogs, dancing, or even reading a book, etc. Many people visit the very famous kiosk/gazebo called Kiosco Morisco to observe and take pictures of the unique structure.

Love your stilettos! I most generally wear plate from heels all day every day of the week. I find that they are easier to walk in and just more stable and comfortable than single soled heels. Keep the vids coming. Sophia

@@ShoeShinewithKat I just completed an up to date inventory of my high heel collection, I presently have 154 pairs of high heels. Most of which are comprised of 4” or higher heels . I’m in the process of perging my collection of single soled 4” heels . Over the past 2 or 3 years between myself and my husband I have specialized in plate form stilettos . When I purchase a pair new heels I try to stay with stick with a 1” to 2” plate forms for work and casual wear . Know I do have a few pairs with higher plate forms that are only for home wear curtsy of my husband. I personally feel that plate form stilettos are much easier to walk in and just more comfortable since I never leave the house not without heels on. The reason why I wear heels all the time is because I’m somewhat height challenged and I wear them work. I guess I’m just an older lady who just loves high heels. Thanks, Sophia

La parte en inglés es para que personas de muchos países puedan conocer el trabajo de los aseadores de calzado. Las entrevistas y las pláticas son en Español porque es el idioma de México. A las entrevistas les pongo subtítulos en Inglés para que todos conozcan las historias.

The soles are not usually cleaned. It depends a lot on the shoe shiner.
